Parc Clematis the biggest project of SingHaiyi Group in Singapore. This 1,468 units new condominium in District 5, Clementi provides plenty of incentive for homebuyers or HDB upgraders in the western region.

Thus, with the mapping system of Google Map, I have plotted the distance to walk from the side gate (along Clementi Avenue 6) to Clementi MRT station.

Before the enhancement works, residents of the former Park West would need to walk 800m which is 11min to Clementi MRT station. After the enhancement works that includes a covered link way from overhead bridge to Clementi Cascadia, residents of Parc Clematis would only need to walk 430m which is approximately 6min walk to Clementi MRT station.

Nevertheless, homebuyer of Parc Clematis could enjoy the free shuttle bus provided by developer to Clementi MRT station for 1 year.

Other than having Clementi MRT (EW23) and Clementi Bus Interchange, it is well connected with major expressway, Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) and Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) to different part of Singapore.

My Verdict : Parc Clematis

I have addressed all the good attributes of Parc clematis. Let me share the negative attribute now.

Parc Clematis: Noise From Traffic

The only downside of this development for Parc Clematis is being located right next to Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and Clementi Avenue 6 exit.

If you refer to the site plan above, there are 3 blocks facing the PIE directly. In consideration of the noise from the traffic, developer has tried to tilt the buildings in such that the buildings are not front facing the traffic directly. The nearest unit is 38m away from the PIE. On top of that, the contemporary blocks will have zip track blinds provided by the developer.

In Summary

The developer has put in significant effort in planning this project. The diversity of units accommodates the needs of different types of buyer and investors.

If you are like me who has a kid, your family will enjoy the vast facilities and community living.

Despite the traffic noise, the strategic location of being near to our prominent working districts and educational fronts has inevitably make Parc Clematis as a popular investment choice.
